人工关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效

目的探讨人工关节治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法回顾分析126例65岁以上股骨颈骨折,经后外侧入路行全髋或半髋关节置换。结果本组84例行人工股骨头置换,42例行全髋关节置换,术后1～4周患者扶拐下地活动。随访1.5～6.5年（平均4年10个月）,患髋关节功能良好,无疼痛,X线片假体位置正常,无松动及下沉。结论人工股骨头或全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折,有早期下地、并发症少、关节功能好的优点。

Artificial joint replacement in treatment of femoral neck fractures in senile patients

Objective To explore artificial joint replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in senile patients.Methods A total of 126 patients over 65 years old with femoral neck fractures were analyzed postoperatively.They were all treated with total hip replacement or femoral head replacement through posterolateral access.Results Of the patients,84 were treated with femoral head replacement and 42 were treated with total hip replacement.All the patients could walk 1 through 4 weeks after operation.The follow-up lasted from 1.5 to 6.5 years（an average of 4 years and 10 months）.The joint function was good and no pain occurred in the operated hips.There was no implant flexure or sinking.Conclusion Artificial joint replacement is a satisfactory method to the treatment of femoral neck fractures in senile patients,for it brings about earlier weight bearing,fewer complications and better function.
