| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨HLA-B27抗原检测在临床诊断强直性脊柱炎(AS)的意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪对189例门诊以及住院疑似AS患者进行检测。采用1984年的纽约修订的AS诊断标准对研究对象进行诊断。结果:受检189例中,HLA-B27阳性检出率为43.3%(82/189)。按照纽约标准诊断为AS的84例患者中,HLA-B27阳性率为91.7%(77/84)。HLA-B27检测对诊断AS的敏感度为91.7%(77/84),特异度为95.2%(100/105),诊断正确率为93.7%[(100+77)/189]。结论:HLA-B27和AS有很强的相关性,而用流式细胞术进行检测是较好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the significance of HLA-B27 testing in clinical diagnosis of ankylosing spondysis (AS).Methods Detect the HLA-B27 antigen of 189 patients with flow Cytometer (FCM) ,and the judge of AS rely to the standard edited in New York,1984.Results The HLA-B27 positive rate of all patients is 43.3%(82/189) ,and in those AS patients (rely to the standard), the HLA-B27 positive rate is 91.7%(77/84) ,the sensitive of HLA-B27 antigen in diagnosis of AS is 91.7%(77/84),and the specificity is 95.2%(100/105), the accuracy is 93.7%(100+77/189).Conclusion The HLA-B27 is highly related to the AS,and the flow cytometry is a good method of HLA-B27 testing. |
