| 摘 要： | 应用纯化的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（ＨＢｓＡｇ）免疫山羊，取其脾脏及淋巴结经匀浆透析法制备ＨＢｓＡｇ特异性转移因子（ＨＢｓＡｇ－ＳＴＦ）。在体外观察了其对外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。结果显示：慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞增殖率明显低于正常人。ＨＢｓＡｇ－ＳＴＦ可明显促进患者外周血淋巴细胞的增殖反应，而正常转移因子（ＮＴＦ）对其作用则不明显。提示：慢性乙型肝炎患者的细胞免疫处于抑制状态。特异性转移因子可解除或缓解这种抑制状态。

| Abstract: | The specific transfer factor of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg-STF) was extracted from the lymphoid tissues of goat immunized with purified HBsAg with dialysis method. The effect of HBsAg-STF on the proliferative response of lymphocytes from patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) was observed in vitro with H-TdR incorporation. The stimulating index(SI) of lymphocytes from patients with CHB to PHA was much lower than that of the normal subjects. HBsAg-STF could significantly increase the SI of lymphocytes from patients with CHB, but the normal TF couldn't.The results indicated that the cellular immune function of the patients with CHB was of dysimmunity, and STF could specially improve this immunosuppression. |
