ABO血型与静脉血栓栓塞症的关系

静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是一种常见病,严重的VTE是致死性的。非O型血人群比O型血人群的VTE发生率高,即非O型血是VTE的危险因素或者O型血是VTE的保护因素。非O型血人群血浆中高浓度的Ⅷ因子(FⅧ)、von Willebrand因子水平可能与其VTE的易感性有关。由于ABO血型的检测相对简单,将ABO血型纳入VTE危险因素的综合分析中,对于血栓干预是很有价值的。

The Relationship between ABO Blood Groups and Venous Thromboembolism

Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a common disease,the severe VTE is fatal.People are familiar with the common risk factors of VTE.However,the role of ABO blood type in the development of VTE was neglected.In fact,most studies have found that those with non-O blood types had a higher risk of VTE compared with the O blood type.In other word,non-O blood type was a risk factor for VTE,while O blood type was a protection factor for VTE.The higher serum factor Ⅷ(FⅧ)、von Willebrand factor(vWF)levels may be the underlining mechanism for higher risk of VTE in non-O blood population.The detection of ABO blood type was simple,inclusion of ABO blood type as part of the suite of tests used to identify those considered at particular risk of VTE would be valuable for the protection of VTE.
