| 摘 要： | 通过对《黄帝内经》相关原文的考释，认为《黄帝内经》所言针刺“气至而有效”，是指对针刺效果的判断，但并不等同于得气，它涉及到针刺前后脉象变化与针下寒热感觉两个方面，而以脉象的变化为主。

| Abstract: | Based on the related original contents of the Yellow Emperor＇s Classic of Internal Medicine, conclusion is reached that ＂qizhi and be effecitve＂ in the Yellow Emperor＇s Classic of Internal Medicine refers to the judgment of acu-puncture effects, and is not equal to Deqi. It involves two aspects： pulse change after acupuncture and cold and heat sensation during acupuncture therapy. And the change of pulse is critical. |
