Survivin蛋白在外阴鳞癌中的表达及其与p53蛋白表达相关性的探讨

目的：探讨Survivin蛋白在外阴鳞癌中的表达及其与p53蛋白表达的相互关系。方法：S-P法检测Survivin，p53蛋白在30例外阴鳞癌及10例正常外阴上皮组织中的表达。结果：Survivin蛋白在正常外阴上皮组织中无表达，在外阴鳞癌组织中的表达阳性率为73．3％。Survivin蛋白表达阳性率随外阴鳞癌的病理分级及临床分期的增高而表达增强。在外阴鳞癌中survivin，p53两者蛋白表达密切相关。结论：Survivin蛋白在外阴鳞癌组织中表达上调，提示该基因对外阴鳞癌的发生发展起重要作用，其过度表达提示外阴鳞癌预后不良。survivin蛋白的表达与押癌基因p53的失活可能在外阴鳞癌的发生发展中起协同作用。

Expression of Survivin Protein in Vulvar Squamous Cell Carcinomas and Its Correlation With Expression of p53 Protein

Objective: Our purpose was to investigate the expression of survivin in vulvar squamous cell carcinomas (VSCC) and its relationship with the expression of p53 gene. Methods:The expressions of survivin and p53 were determined with immunohistochemical technique (streptavidin-biotin peroxidase ) in 30 cases of VSCC and 10 of normal vulvar skin as controls. Results:Survivin expressed in 22 of 30 (73.3%) cases of VSCC. In contrast , nomal vulvar skin did not express survivin. Overexpression of survivin was related to the tumor grade and clinical stage . Survivin positive cases were strongly associated with p53 expression (94.1% , versus 46.2% , P<0.05). Conclusion:The up-regulation of survivin expression in VSCC suggested that survivin may play a role in the pathway of carcinogenesis. Activation of survivin and de-activation of antioncogene p53 might play synergetic roles in the process of carcinogenesis of VSCC.
