| Abstract: | It is significant to train high quality nursing personnel qualified and improve the quality of nursing care. Nursing is a practice - based discipline. Clinical teaching is an important part of nursing education. Hospital care managements and clinical teachers must ponder the questions which is how to adapt to market demands and train of qualified nursing personnel. Therefore, it is important for practical nursing personnel trained that teaching methods are reformed and the quality of teaching in clinical nursing is improved |
