执行新生儿窒息复苏新指南的效果分析

目的分析执行新生儿窒息复苏新指南的效果，评价新指南在抢救窒息新生儿中的临床意义。方法按新指南的复苏策略、要点，对笔者所在医院全体产科、儿科及相关人员进行系统培训，要求复苏人员在抢救窒息新生儿的过程中规范操作并详细记录，包括复苏的时程、气管插管的指征及次数、胸外心脏按压的指征、胎粪吸引的实施以及用药等。结果执行新指南后窒息新生儿的复苏效果与执行新指南前比较，窒息新生儿的平均复苏持续时间缩短，气管插管的一次性成功率提高，用药明显减少，组间差异均有显著性（P〈0．01）。另外，窒息新生儿的病死率从8／312（2．51％）减少至4／324（1．23％）。结论执行新生儿复苏新指南能有效提高窒息新生儿的抢救成功率，减少致残率。

Another suffocation of neonatal mortality has decreased from 8/312 （2.51% ） to 4/324 （ 1.23 % ）. Conclution Execute new guidelines neonatal recovery of neonatal asphyxia can improve the success rate, reduce morbidity rescue.
