FOLFOX4方案联合中药治疗晚期胃肠肿瘤的临床观察

目的 探讨FOLFOX4方案联合中药治疗晚期胃肠肿瘤的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的46例晚期胃肠肿瘤患者的病例资料,所有患者均使用FOLFOX4方案联合中药进行治疗,并对治疗后的疗效进行评价.结果 所有患者经治疗后,完全缓解5例（10.9%）,部分缓解20例（43.5%）,稳定21例（45.7%）,进展0例,总有效率为54.4%.所有患者均进行2年以上随访,死亡14例,2年生存率为69.6%.结论 FOLFOX4方案联合中药治疗胃肠肿瘤疗效肯定,中药可降低化疗的毒副作用,提高患者的免疫力,值得临床推广.

Clinical observation of the FOLFOX4 program combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of terminal gastrointestinal tumor

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of FOLFOX4 project combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating patient afflicted with terminal gastrointestinal tumor. Methods Retrospectively analyze the data of the 46 cases patients who had gastrointestinal tumor treated in our hospital, all patients were conducted by the combination of FOL- FOX4 project and traditional Chinese medicine,then to evaluate curalive effect after the treatment. Results After the treatment,complete remissed for 5 cases （10.9%） ,partial remissed for 20 cases （43.5%） ,21 cases were stable （45.7%） ,progress in 0 cases, the total effective rate was 54.4%. All patients were followed up for more than 2 years, 14 patients died ,2 - year survival rate was 69.6%. Conclusion Treatment of FOLFOX4 combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating gastrointestinal cancer, and the Chinese medicine can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve patient＇s immune system,it is worthy of promotion.
