不同手术方式胆囊切除术的临床研究

目的观察传统胆囊切除术及腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾患的临床效果。方法选择2008年9月～2010年7月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术良性胆囊疾患患者58例作为观察组，另选取同期行传统胆囊开腹手术的患者58例作为对照组。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、术后胃肠功能恢复时间等。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、术后胃肠功能恢复时间均少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾患有良好的疗效，优于传统胆囊切除术。

Clinical research on different surgical resection of gallbladder

Objective To observe the clinical role of the traditional opening cholecystectomy （OC） and laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） treatment of the clinical role of gallbladder disease. Methods 58 cases of benign gallbladder disease from received Lararoscopic cholecystectomy Sep 2008 to September July 2010 were assigned to the observation group ,other 58 cases received traditional laparotomy cholecystectomy as control group. Operation time, the hand blood loss, postoperative complications, postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function were observed. Results The operative time, blood loss, post- operative recovery time of gastrointestinal function were less than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic choleeystectomy （LC） treatment for gallbladder disease can receive good effect, and is superior to the traditional method （OC）.
