埃索美拉唑左氧沙星四联疗法治疗Hp的疗效观察

目的 观察埃索美拉唑、胶体次枸橼酸铋、左氧氟沙星和阿莫西林四联疗法根除耐药幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的临床疗效.方法 选择经胃镜及病理检查确诊为消化性溃疡或慢性胃炎、Hp阳性且进行过至少1次以上抗Hp治疗的患者85例,给予埃索美拉唑四联治疗,观察患者Hp根除率及药物不良反应.结果 埃索美拉唑左氧氟沙星四联疗法治疗耐药Hp的ITT分析根除率为84.7%;PP分析根除率为91.1%,临床症状总缓解率为89.8%,总不良反应发生率为16.5%.结论 埃索美拉唑左氧氟沙星四联疗法是耐药Hp安全有效的二线治疗方案.

The clinical effect of esomepraole and levofloxacin quadruple therapy on helicobacter pylori

Objective To observe the clinical effect of esomepraole, BismuthSubcitrateCollodial, levofloxacin and amoxicillin quadruple therapy on eradicating of helicebacter pylori （Hp） with resistance. Methods 85 cases of peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis with Hp positive diagnosed by gastroseopy and pathology, which were carried out at least one or more times of anti - Hp treatment were treated with esomepraole and levofloxacin quadruple therapy. The Hp eradication rate and side effects were observed. Results The eradication rate of Hp was 84.7 % and 91.1% according to the ITT analysis an PP analysis, respectively. The total clinical remission rate was 89.8%, and the incidence of side effects was 16.5%. Conclusion Treatment with esomepraole and levofloxacin quadruple therapy is safe and effective to the resistant Hp.
