23例早期乳腺癌保乳治疗体会

目的 探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术适应证、禁忌证、手术技巧及术后综合治疗.方法 回顾性分析2004年1月～2009年2月笔者所在医院收治的23例乳腺癌保乳治疗病例.结果 术后随访时间为16个月～6年,随访未见术后并发症、局部复发和远处转移病例,患者对术后乳房外形和生活质量较满意. 结论 早期乳腺癌行保乳手术,术后辅助化疗、放疗和内分泌综合治疗,疗效确切,是治疗早期乳腺癌的理想方法.

Clinical experience of 23 cases of breast-conserving surgery on early-stage breast cancer patients

Objective To discuss the indication, contraindication, surgical skills of breast - conserving surgery on early - stage breast cancer patients and post - operation comprehensive treatment. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 23 patients who underwent breast - conserving surgery in our hospital from Jan 2004 to Feb 2009. Results The follow -up time ranges from 16 months to 6 years. Surgical complications, local recurrence and metastasis Were not found in our study. All patients in our study are satisfied with appearance of their breasts and quality of llfe after surgery. Conclusion Breast - conserving surgery with post - operation adjuvant chemotherapy, radiation therapy and endocrine therapy is proved to be effective on early - stage breast cancer patients and an ideal treatment for early - stage breast cancer.
