布地奈德特布他林联合雾化治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察布地奈德特布他林雾化治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将2009年1月～2010年4月确诊为毛细支气管炎的笔者所在医院门诊和住院的患儿120例随机分为两组分别使用两药治疗和常规治疗以观察疗效。结果治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组，气促缓解天数、哮鸣音消失天数明显短于对照组差异有显著性（P≤0．05）。结论布地奈德特布他林联合雾化吸人治疗毛细支气管炎可明显缩短气促缓解、哮鸣音消失时间，提高治疗有效率。

The Observation of Effect from budesonide suspension for inhalation and terbutaline suphate solution roy nebulizalion

Objective To observe budesonide suspension for inhalation and terbutaline treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods January 2009 -2010 diagnosed in April bronchiolitis hospitalized in our hospital and 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups of children were treated using the two drugs and to observe the efficacy of conventional therapy. Results The efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher, shortness of breath ease the number of days, days of wheeze disappeared was shorter than the control group there were significant differences （ P≤0.05 ）. Conclusion Budesonide suspension for inhalation and terbutaline suphat solution foy nebulization can significantly shorten the treatment of bronchiolitis ease shomess of breath, wheeze disappeared time and improve the efficiency of treatment.
