胃肠道间质瘤31例诊治分析

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的诊断与治疗。方法选择2007年12月～2009年12月笔者所在医院收治并经手术病理诊断证实的胃肠道间质瘤患者31例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果31例胃肠道间质瘤患者经手术治疗后随访2年，复发13例（41．9％）。其中良性胃间质瘤9例（29．0％），恶性胃间质瘤18例（58．1％），交界性胃间质瘤4例（12．9％）。术后病理免疫组化CD117表达29例（93．5％），CD34表达25例（80．6％）。结论胃肠道间质瘤的临床表现无特异性，诊断有赖于病理与免疫组化，治疗仍以手术切除为主。

Analysis on diagnosis and treatment of 31 cases with gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods From Dec 2007 to Dee 2009, the clinical data of 31 eases with gastrointestinal stromal tumor who was confirmed by surgery and pathology was analyzed retrospectively. Results 31 patients were followed up two years,and 13 cases recurred（41.9% ）. 9 cases were benign（29.0% ） , 18 cases were malignant（ 58.1% ） ,4 eases were junetional（ 12.9% ）. 29 cases expressed CDI17 （93.5 % ）, 25 cases expressed CD34 （80.6 % ）. Conclusion The clinical manifestations and diagnosis of gastrointestinal stroreal tumor depend on pathology and immunohistochemical,and surgery is still the treatment.
