数字减影全脑血管造影在颈动脉狭窄诊断及治疗中的应用

目的探讨数字减影全脑血管造影对颈动脉狭窄的应用价值。方法30例患者经彩超或CTA筛查发现共42支血管有病变，再进行数字减影全脑血管造影，评价其价值。结果颈动脉狭窄≥70％者26支，占61．9％；颈动脉狭窄≤70％者13支，占31．0％；无狭窄3支，占7．1％。结论数字减影全脑血管造影对于颈动脉狭窄病变是一种安全、可靠、准确的检查方法，可为进一步治疗提供保障。

Application of digital subtraction cerebral angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of carotid artery stenosis

Objective To study the value of the cerebral digital subtraction angiography （DSA） for carotid artery stenosis. Methods 30 patients 42 vessels with lesions of whom were found by color doppler ultrasound or CTA screening underwent further DSA, and evaluate its value. Results 26 （61. 9% ） cases were with carotid artery stenosis ≥ 70%, 13 （31.0% ）cases were with carotid artery stenosis ≤ 70%, and 3 （7.1% ） cases were without stenosis. Conclusion DSA for carotid disease is a safe, reliable and accurate method for further treatment as the guarantee.
