急性亚硝酸盐中毒患者的血糖研究

目的研究急性亚硝酸盐中毒患者急性期血糖是否增高。方法将其中测量血糖的22例与同期住院且具有可比性的其他患者17例（其中8例为非亚硝酸盐药物中毒）相比较。结果亚硝酸盐中毒组的血糖较高，且有显著性差异。结论急性亚硝酸盐中毒患者急性期血糖增高。

The study of blood glucose for acute nitrite poisoning patients

Objective In order to study whether blood glucose of acute nitrite poisoning patients is higher in acute phase. Methods All these patients were divided into two groups, the poisoning group including 22 cases had blood glucose examination of acute nitrite poisoning, and non -poisoning group （the control group） composed of 17 cases hospitalized. Two groups of materials after statistics examination had the commeasurability. Conducts the review study for 2 groups. Results The mean blood glucose of poisoning group and the control group were respectively （ 8.04 ± 0.65 ） mmol/L and （5.93 ±0.3 ） mmoL/L, blood glucose 〉 7.1 mmol/L were 12/22 and 3/17, there was a significant difference. Condusion The study consider that the blood glucose in acute of period acute nitrate poisoning patients is higher than the control group.
