50例髋臼骨折的临床手术治疗体会

目的 探讨50例髋臼骨折的手术治疗效果.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法,依据临床特点分别采用三种不同的入路方式.结果 三组不同入路方式手术解剖复位情况均较好;三组术后髋关节功能恢复总有效率均为100%.结论 髋臼骨折患者应仔细分析其骨折特点,选择合适的入路方式,这对于提高临床疗效和预后具有重要的临床意义.

The curing comprehend of 50 cases acetabulum fracture by operation

Objective To approach the clinical operation therapeutic efficacy of 50 cases acetabulum fracture. Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 50 cases acetabulum fracture patients in our hospital, which were divided into tfhree species different approach methods by clinical feature. Results The anatomy reset of three species different approach methods were good, the total effective rate of articulatio coxae functional recovery after operation were 100%. Conclusion The fracture was analyzed of of acetabulum fracture 100%, choosing approach methods,which was important clinical meaning by improving clinical curative effect and prognosis.
