微创小切口手术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症167例

目的探讨微创小切口手术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症的方法及效果。方法167例单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者行微创小切口手术治疗。其中男94例，女73例，平均年龄41．2岁（17—72岁），其中L3/49例，L4，583例，L5／S1 75例。结果切口长度为2—3cm，平均2．8cm；手术时间为30～50min，平均41min；出血量为30～150ml；术后住院时间5～7d，平均6．7d；术后所有患者均得到随访，随访时间24～48个月，平均35．6个月。按改良Macnab标准，优123例，良40例，可4例，优良率97．6％。结论微创小切口手术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症创伤小、术后恢复快、效果满意，值得推广。

Treatment of minimal invasion and mini - incision operation for 167 cases with single segment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To research the methods of minimal invasion and mini - incision operation for single segmentof LDH and evaluate the effect. Methods 167 cases of single segment of LDH were treated with the minimal invasion and mini - incision operation. There were 94 men and 73 women ranging in age from 17 to 72 years old （ mean age 34.2 years old）. There were 9 cases of L3/4 DH,83 cases of L4/5 DH and 75 cases of Ls/Sl DH. Results The lengths of the incisions ranged from 2 to 3 cm and the average was 2.7 cm. The time of operations ranged from 30 to 50 minutes and the average was gl minutes. The amount of bleeding ranged from 30 to 150 ml. The hospitalization time after operation ranged from 5 to 7 days and the average was 6.7 days. All patients were followed up for 24 -48 months（ mean time 35.6 months）. The excellent rate was 97.6%. Conclusion The minimal invasion and mini - incision operation for single segment of LDH is less injury, and patients can recover quickly and be satisfied with the effects, so it is worth application.
