血塞通注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效

目的探讨治疗不稳定型心绞痛过程中加用血塞通注射液与硫酸氢氯吡格雷片的临床疗效。方法选取2005年1月-2010年1月不稳定型心绞痛患者84例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组是在对照组基础上应用血塞通注射液500mg加入生理盐水250ml静脉点滴，1次／d，同时口服硫酸氢氯吡格雷片首剂300mg，次日改为75mg／次，1次／d，口服。两组均以14d为1个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组在控制、缓解心绞痛发作（P〈0．005）、改善临床症状（P〈0．01）及心电图变化方面（P〈0．002）具有极显著性差异。结论在常规治疗基础上加用血塞通注射液与硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗不稳定型心绞痛，可显著控制、缓解心绞痛发作，改善临床症状，疗效满意，基层医院值得推广。

The efficacy of Xuesaitong injection and clopidogrel sulfate tablets on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To study the clinical efficacy on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris（UAP） using Xuesaitong injection and clopidogrel sulfate tablets. Methods 84 patients with UAP from the years Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2010 were divided into two groups randomly and equally. In control group, conventional treatment was introduced, while in therapy group, on the basic of the control group, 500 mg Xuesaitong injection added 250 ml physiological saline was intravenously dripped once a day for 14 days. At the same time, 300 mg clopidogrel sulfate tablets were taken orally the first day, and 75 mg the next day once a day also for 14 days. Results There are significance differences in the control and relieve （P 〈 0.001 ） of angina, the improvement of symptoms（P 〈0.01 ） and ECG（P 〈0.002） between two groups. Conclusion On the basic of conventional treatment, using Xuesaitong injection and clopidogrel sulfate tablets to treat unstable angina pectoris can control and relieve symptoms of UAP, and improve the clinical symptoms ,thus having satisfactory effects. It＇s worth promoting in primary hospitals.
