脑外伤真菌感染的临床分析

目的探讨医院脑外科真菌感染的临床特点。方法分析笔者所在医院2006年5月～2010年5月手指的950例脑外伤患者真菌感染的临床资料。结果950例患者中感染真菌256例（26．9％），感染病原菌280株，其中白色念珠菌113（40．3％），热带念珠菌96例（34．3％），近平滑念珠菌26例（9．3％），光滑球拟酵母18例（6．4）％，新型隐球菌10例（3．6％），副秃隐球菌6例（2．1％），其他11例（3．9％）。其主要诱因为长期大剂量不合理使用抗菌素、长期使用激素或其他免疫抑制剂、气管插管及留置尿管等。结论近年来医院真菌感染的发病率明显增高，以呼吸道为主，白色念珠菌和热带念珠菌最常见，耐药菌有所提高。

Clinical analysis of fungous infection on cerebral trauma

Objective To discuss clinical feature of fungous infection on cerebral trauma. Methods Clinical data about 950 cases with cerebral trauma from May 2006 to May 2010 in the fourth hospital were collected and analyzed for fungous infection. Results The infection rate was 26.9 % （256/950）. A total of 280 strains of pathogenic bacteria were infected, in which endomyces albieans was infected on 113 cases（40.3% ）, candida tropicalis was infected on 96 cases （34.3%） ,torulopsis glabrata was infected on 18 cases（6.4% ） ,cryptococcus hominis was infected on 10 cases（3.6% ） ,and other fungus was infected on 11 cases （3.9%）. Conclusion In recent years, incidence of fungous infection increases obviously,respiratory tract＇s infection is the candida tropicalis are the most common, drug - resistant bacterias are improved to some extent.
