| 摘 要： | 目的了解已婚妇女泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体感染情况，采取有效干预措施降低发生率，做好泌尿生殖道感染防治工作。方法2009年11～12月对笔者所在医院313例已婚妇女进行了生殖道解脲脲原体感染普查。结果解脲脲原体感染163例，患病率为52．08％。结论解脲脲原体感染是已婚妇女极常见的妇女病，与年龄有关，应做到早诊断，早期接受规范的治疗，从而降低泌尿生殖道感染的发生率。
