研究室、实验室分工合作是中医药科研机构微观搞活的重要环节

本文从中医药的学科特点和科研需求出发，探讨了在推进科技体制改革的前提下，如何建立适应社会主义市场经济体制和中医药科技自身发展规律的中医药科研机构微观管理机制的问题。通过对研究室、实验室的功能定位、作用及相互关系等的分析研究，提出了研究室、实验室分工合作是中医药科研机构微观搞活的基础的创新观点，并论述了研究室、实验室分工合作的管理模式和体系建设思路。

Division of Work and Collaboration between Research Institutions and laboratories--A Major Link of Microscopically Activating Scientific Institutions in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Starting from the disciplinary characteristics and the demand of scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), this article explores the problem of how to establish, on the premise of promoting the reform of scientific system, the mechanisms of microscopic management of TCM scientific institutions which are adaptable to the socialist market economy and the laws of TCM scientific and technological development. It also puts forward the new viewpoint that the division of work and collaboration between research institutions and laboratories constitute the foundation of microscopically activating TCM scientific instutions through the analysis of the functions, roles and interrelationship of research institutions and laboratories, and discusses the mode of management and the thinking of building in the division of work and collaboration between research institutions and laboratories.
