药物致5-羟色胺综合征1例报告及文献分析

目的：探讨药物致5-羟色胺综合征的临床特点及原因，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法： 报道我院1例疑似氟西汀致5-羟色胺综合征的病历，并通过检索1994～2013年国内医药期刊报道的相关文献进行统计和分析。结果：文献报道以及我院氟西汀致可疑5-羟色胺综合征共40例，其中14例是单用一种药物引起的，其余26例都是联合用药引起。5-羟色胺综合征大部分发生在用药24 h内（42.5%）。经停药及对症治疗后大部分病例（95%）症状缓解。结论：药物引起5-羟色胺综合征时有发生，临床应用时应密切关注患者的变化，以减少不良反应的发生。

One Case Report of Drug Caused Serotonin Syndrome and its Literature Analysis

Objective：： To investigate the clinical characteristics and causes of serotonin syndrome induced by drugs to provide reference for rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods：1 case of suspected fluoxetine induced serotonin syndrome in our hospital was reported, and relevant literature published in domestic medical journals through 1994 -2013 were retrieved and statistically analyzed. Results：According to reports in the literature and case in our hospital, a total of 40 patients were collected. 14 cases were induced by a single drug use and the rest 26 cases were caused by combined use of drugs. The serotonin syndrome occurred in 42.5%of the patients within 24hrs administration. The symptoms were relieved in 95% of the patients after drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment. Conclusion：Drug induced serotonin syndrome occurred occasionally, and safety monitoring should be carried out in patients during the application of drugs to reduce the incidence of ADR.
