中药联合化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫功能的影响

目的]观察中药联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化及其临床意义。f方法]219例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，分为单纯化疗组和中药联合化疗组，对两组的T淋巴细胞亚群变化进行对比分析。结果]单纯化疗组94例化疗后患者CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、NK细胞比例与化疗前相比均显著性升高（P〈0．01）；化疗后CD8＋细胞比例有所降低．但无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。中药联合化疗组125例化疗后患者CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋细胞比例与化疗前比较均显著性升高（P〈0．01），CD8＋细胞比例显著性降低（P〈0．01），化疗后CD3＋、NK细胞比例有所升高，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。与单纯化疗组相比，中药联合化疗组化疗后CD8＋比例降低和CD4＋／CD8＋比例升高更明显（P均〈0．05）。结论]中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能处于抑制状态，单纯化疗与中药联合化疗均能改善免疫功能，且中药联合化疗优于单纯化疗组。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Chemotherapy on Immunity in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Purpose ] To investigate the changes and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subset after Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods] A total of 219 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into chemotherapy group and TCM combined with chemotherapy group, changes in T lymphocyte subset between two groups was analyzed. Results] In chemotherapy group （94 patients with NSCLC ）, the level of CD3 ＋ , CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio and NK cell after chemotherapy were increased significantly（P〈0.01）;the CD8＋ cells had no significant change（P〉 0.05）. While, the level of CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio after chemotherapy were increased signifi- cantly in TCM combined with chemotherapy group（125 patients）（P〈0.01）;the level of CD8＋ cells was decreased significantly（P〈0.01）;and CD3＋ and NK cells had no significant change（P〉0.05）. Compared with chemotherapy group, the CD8＋ cells after treatment decreased significantly （P〈 0.05） and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ were significantly higher（P〈0.05） in TCM combined with chemotherapy group. Conclusion] The patients with advanced NSCLC are in a state of immune suppression,chemotherapy and TCM combined with chemotherapy both can improve immunity, and TCM combined with chemotherapy is better than chemotherapy alone.
