丹红注射液辅助治疗糖尿病足临床观察

目的：评价丹红注射液辅助治疗糖尿病足（DF）的临床疗效。方法： 66例DF患者随机分为观察组和对照组各33例，对照组予常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用丹红注射液，4周为一疗程。评价疗效，测定氧化应激指标，记录不良反应。结果：观察组治愈率36.36%，总有效率为87.88%，均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者MDA、LPO明显下降，GSH、SOD升高，与对照组相比，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或0.01）。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应出现。结论：丹红注射液可于糖尿病足的治疗，推测其作用机制部分与其抗氧化作用有关。

Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

Objective：：To observe the clinical effects of Danhong injection on the treatment of diabetic foot （DF）. Methods：66 patients with DF were randomly divided into the controlled group （33 cases） and study group （33 cases）. The controlled group received their conventional treatment and the study group was treated with Danhong injection additionally. All were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical effects, oxidative stress index and adverse reactions were observed. Results： For the study group, the recovery rate and total clinical efficiency were 36.36%and 87.88%, respectively. After the treatment, the content of MDA and LPO decreased and the activity of GSH and SOD increased. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion：Danhong injection was suitable for the treatment of DF, partly because of its anti oxidative activity.
