摘    要:目的:研究人参二醇组皂苷(PDS)减轻庆大霉素(GM)性肾损伤的机制。方法:建立GM性肾小管细胞损伤模型,以MTT法观察PDS对肾小管细胞增殖的影响,以生化法检测PDS对肾小管细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和培养上清液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量的影响。结果:PDS可促进GM损伤肾小管细胞的增殖,显著降低其MDA和LDH含量,提高SOD活性(P<0.05)。结论:PDS可能通过促进肾小管细胞的增殖和抑制脂质过氧化反应,加快自由基的清除,增加生物膜的稳定性,从而减轻GM性肾小管损伤。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the mechanism of Panaxadiol saponins(PDS)in treating renal injury induced by Gen- tamicin(GM).METHODS:Renal tubular cells damage model induced by GM was established.The effect of PDS on the proliferation of renal tubular cells were observed by MTT staining method,and the effect of PDS on SOD and MDA levels in renal tubular cells and LDH level in culture mediums were detected by biochemical method.RESULTS:The proliferation of renal tubular cells injured by GM was promoted,the levels of MDA and LDH were markedly decreased,and the activity of SOD was increased after treatment with PDS(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:PDS may promote the proliferation of renal tubular ceils,inhibit the lipid peroxidation reaction,accelerate the elimination of OFR and enhance the stability of biomembrane to alleviate injury of renal tubules.
