| 摘 要： | 本文选取与儿童营养相关的19个因素,建立了儿童营养评价层次模型。依据模型,用AHP法计算出各层及各因素的权值,再结合评价集形成U×V表。利用U×V表将待评资料运用模糊数学逐级模糊变换之后,得出综合评判结果。结果能定量且较全面地反映儿童营养水平,改变了以往评价方法中各因素间彼此关联性较差的缺点,为儿童营养评价提供了一种新方法。

| Abstract: | The article chooses 19 factors relevant to children's nutrition to set up a staged model of children's nutritious evaluation. The present writer calculated the weight value of every stage and factor with method according to the model and formed an U×V table by combining them as an evaluation cluster. After changing digit of the evaluating materials fuzzily stage by stage with fuzzy mathematics using the U×V table, they arrived at a comprehensive evaluation result. The result can reflect children's nutritious level quantitatively and comprehensively, overcame the weakness of bad relevance between the factors in past methods, thus provides a new method to evaluate children's nutritious evaluation. |
