试论妇幼保健院的办院方向

妇幼保健院是防治相结合的卫生事业单位,必须以提高社会效益为宗旨。妇幼保健院应坚持以保健为中心,以临床为后盾,以基层为重点的方向。要做好母子保健保偿工作,加强宣传教育,开发领导层,力争将妇幼保健事业纳入当地的社会发展总体规划。要搞好科研,提高妇幼保健人员的素质和服务质量,把妇幼保健院办成名副其实的妇幼保健技术指导中心。

DISCUSSION OF WORKING GUIDING PRINCIPLE OF INSTITUTE OF MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH CARE

Because the institute of maternal and child health care is enterprise institution, it must uphold societal benefit first. Its goal is treating and preventing disease especially the disease of maternal and child, but it should make the maternal and child health care as centre of the work, clinics as backing, grass-root units as focal point of the work. The content of work should include the non-gratuitous serve of mother and child health care, propagating the knowledges oi maternal and child health care, getting the supports from the society especilly from the leaders so enable the works of maternal and child health care becoming part of local societal overall developmental plan, raising the institute personel professional knowleeg and serving better, so enable the institute of maternal and child health care becodming really a technique guiding centre of maternal and child health care.
