| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰体尾癌肝转移的外科治疗方法和预后的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析32例胰体尾癌肝转移病例的，1名床资料。结果 根治性切除组、姑息性切除组和未切除肿瘤组中位生存时间分别为13、8和5个月。结论 积极行手术切除肿瘤是胰体尾癌肝转移患者获得长期生存的惟一途径，术中肝动脉栓塞化疗是治疗肝转移灶的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore surgery therapy and the prognosis of pancreatic body and tail cancer with hepatic metastasis. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients suffered from pancreatic body and tail cancer with hepatic metastasis who underwent operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results The medial survival time of radical resection, palliative section and exploratory laparotomy were 13,8 and 5 months, respectively. Conclusion Radical resection is the unique method for long survival and hepatic arterial embolization chemotherapy in ooeration is an important way for hepatic metastasis. |
