| Abstract: | The serum sIL一2R levels were detected by ELISA test in 79 normal preg-nant women and 30 non-pregnant women. The results showed that the serum sIL一2R lev-els of normal non- pregnant women were 345 120+95 270 U/L,while the serum sIL一2R levels of normal pregnant women at early,middle and late stage of their pregnancy were ob-viously higher than that of normal non- pregnant women,which means that cellular immuni-ty plays an important role in pregnancy. |
