| 摘 要： | 缺血性中风是危害人健康长寿的常见病、多发病,90%以上患者留有后遗症。老年患者因脏腑虚衰、正气不足、故具有病程长而复杂的特点。在临床应用中西医结合治疗的基础上,遵循＂整体观念＂＂、辨证论治＂护理原则,除进行饮食护理、情志护理及生活起居护理等一般护理的同时,进行语言和肢体功能的康复护理,突出人文关怀,取得良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Ischemic stroke is people longevity and health hazard of common diseases and frequently occurring,more than 90% of the patients with sequelae. Elderly patients because of internal failure,deficiency,it has the characteristics of the course of long and complicated. Based on clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment,follow the＂overall concept＂＂syndrome differentiation＂principle of TCM nursing,besides diet nursing,sentiment and life nursing etc of general nursing at the same time,language and body function rehabilitation nursing,prominent humanistic care,has obtained the good curative effect. |
