辨证分型联合电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察辨证分型联合电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例取穴百会、风池（双）、颈百劳（双）。痰湿中阻加中脘、丰隆、内关;湿热内扰加肝俞、行间、侠溪;气血虚弱加取膈俞、脾俞、足三里;瘀滞仅取主穴。0.32 mm×（25~50）mm华佗牌针灸毫针刺入,得气后接6805-1型低频电子脉冲治疗仪（上海医用电子仪器厂）,连续波,刺激频率约60次/min,强度以患者感到舒适或者能耐受为度,留针20min/次,1次/d,5次/周。治疗组60例辨证施治：痰湿中阻,半夏白术天麻汤;痰瘀互结,血府逐瘀汤;湿热内扰,温胆汤;气血亏虚,益气聪明汤。均1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。电针治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈31例,显效26例,无效3例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈23例,显效25例,无效12例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]辨证分型联合电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。

Objective]To observe the curative treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.Methods]using random parallel control method,120 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. In the treatment group of 60 cases of evidence-based medicine：phlegmy wet resistance,Banxia Baishu Tianma decoction;Each knot,phlegm and Xuefu Zhuyu soup. In hot and humid,wendan tang;Deficiency of qi and blood,Yiqi smart soup. 1/d,and 300ml water,oral sooner or later. Cupping treatment with the control group. 14 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.Results]The treatment group（31 cases were cured,26 cases had marked effect,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.00%. Control group cure 23 cases,25 cases had marked effect,12 had no effect,the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P0.05）. Of.Conclusion]The joint effect of electric acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,worthy of promotion.
