按虚实与人迎-寸口脉象分组汤剂-针灸-西药治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕平行对照研究

目的]观察按虚实与人迎．寸口脉象分组汤剂．针灸．西药治疗椎．基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效。方法]使用平行对照方法，将120例住院患者按虚实与人迎．寸口脉象分为两组，两组均在常规治疗基础上联合中医内服与外治。阿斯匹灵肠溶片、丹红注射液、伸筋洗剂沐足、辨证分型根据人迎寸口脉诊法指导补泻治疗选择方剂、针刺补／泻等方法。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变学指标、血流速度、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。结果]实证组治愈9例，显效22例，有效20例，无效7例，总有效率87．93％。对照组治愈10例，显效24例，有效22例，无效6例，总有效率90．32％。两组间无明显差异（P〉0．05）。血液流变学指标、血流速度两组间均无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论]按虚实与人迎．寸口脉象分组汤剂．针灸一西药治疗椎．基底动脉供血不足性眩晕，疗效满意，值得推广。

According to the Actual Situation and Renying -Cunkou pulse - Packet Decoction - Acupuncture - Western Medicine in the Treatment of Vertebral Basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo Parallel Controlled Study

E Results ] The 9 patients were cured, 22 cases markedly effective, 20 cases, 7 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 87.93%.The control group cured 10 cases, effective in 24 cases, effective 22 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total efficiency of 90.32%.No significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） .The indexes of blood rheology, blood flow velocity between two groups had no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion ] According to the actual situation and Renying- Cunkou pulse - packet Decoction - acupuncture - Western medicine in the treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo, satisfied with the effect, worthy of promotion.
