芪薤陈瓜丹汤联合西药治疗气虚痰瘀冠心病稳定型劳力性心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘要：[目的]观察自拟芪薤陈瓜丹汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型劳力性心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将60例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组30例单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊，10mg／次，2次／d。心绞痛发作舌下含服硝酸甘油，0．5mg／次。治疗组30例自拟芪薤陈瓜丹汤（黄芪30g，薤白、陈皮、瓜蒌皮各10g，丹参18g），1剂，d，水煎100mL，复渣，分早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油片消耗量、心电图、心肌酶、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]心绞痛治疗组显效18例，有效lO例，无效2例，加重0例，总有效率93．3％。对照组显效10例，有效11例，无效11例，加重0例，总有效率63．4％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。心电图治疗组显效15例，有效12例，无效3例，加重0例，总有效率90．0％。对照组显效4例，有效8例，无效18例，加重0例，总有效率40．O％。治疗1疗程（4周），心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油片消耗量两组均有改善（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]自拟芪薤陈瓜丹汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型劳力性心绞痛疗效好，值得推广。

Qixiechenguadan Decoction combined Western Medicine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Stable Angina Pectoris Randomized Controlled Study

Western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, angina attack frequency, duration, nitroglycerin consumption and adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment, to determine efficacy. ~ Results ] Angina treatment group 18 cases, 10 cases, 2 cases, increased 0 cases, the total efficiency was 93.3%. ECG treatment group, 15 cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective, 3 cases noneffective, increased 0 cases, the total effective rate 90.0%. Control group, 4 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases effective, 18 cases noneffective, increased 0 cases, the total efficiency of 40.0%. One course of treatment （4 weeks ）, angina attack frequency, duration, nitroglycerin tablets consumed in both groups improved （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）, the treatment group than the control group improved （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Qixiechenguadan decoction combined with western medicine treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is effective, is worth promoting.
