针灸治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针灸治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例住院患者按随机数字表法分为三组。针灸组25例取人中、患侧极泉、足三里、三阴交、涌泉、内关、绝骨及通里穴位,相互配合,交替循环使用1.5寸30号毫针,直刺,小幅度提、插、捻、转;极泉穴不留针,其余穴位得气后留针30min,1次/d。中药组25例辨证分型,肝阳上亢、上扰风火天麻钩藤饮;瘀血风痰、脉络阻滞疏通脉络汤;热痰腑实、风痰干扰星萎承气汤。1剂/d,水煎450mL,每次取150mL,早晚饭前空腹服用。针灸中药组24例针灸联合中药。连续治疗5d为1疗程,休息2d,进行下1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]针灸组基本痊愈12例,显效10例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%。中药组基本痊愈2例,显效5例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率68.00%。针灸中药组痊愈10例,显效9例,有效1例,无效4例,总有效率83.30%。针灸组、针灸中药组优于中药组（P〈0.05）。[结论]针灸治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛效果显著,值得推广。

Acupuncture Treatment of Post-stroke Hemiplegic Shoulder Pain Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective]observed after stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain acupuncture treatment efficacy.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,74 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into three groups. Acupuncture group were 25 cases of people,Renzhong,Jiquan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Yongquan,Neiguan,Jugu,Tongli with each other,alternating recycling. Meridians and blood running its dialectical therapy;acupuncture,disinfection routine acupuncture points,1.5 inches on the 30th to take the size of the needle,piercing into the acupuncture points,for a minor mention,plug,twist,turn;very spring points to take no needle,and the remaining points after the gas needle 30min,1 times / d. Medicines 25 cases of hyperactivity,Wind and Fire on the disturbance type using Tianmagoutengyin;congestion wind phlegm,sputum context block type to use and clear the context in Shutongmailuo soup;thermal sputum organs fact,based on the use of satellite interference sputum Xingweichengqi soup. 1 does/ d,decoction 450mL,each taking 150mL,morning and evening meals empty stomach. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group,24 cases combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture. 5d is a continuous course of treatment,a break 2d. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Four cycles of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]acupuncture group basically cured 12 cases,effective in 10 cases,2 cases,1 case,the total efficiency of 96.00%. Medicines basic recovery in 2 cases,5 cases markedly effective in 10 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 68.00%. Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine were cured 10 cases,9 cases,effective 1 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency83.30%. Acupuncture group,acupuncture was superior to Chinese medicine group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Acupuncture treatment for stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain after the effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
