自拟灌肠方联合西药治疗慢性结肠炎随机对照观察

目的]观察自拟灌肠方联合西药治疗慢性结肠炎疗效。方法]使用对照观察方法,将200例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组98例甲硝唑片,0.2g/次,3次/d,口服。泰胃美0.4g/次,3次/d,口服。消旋山莨菪碱片10mg/次,2次/d,腹痛时口服。治疗组102例自拟灌肠方（党参30g,白术15g,山药15g,茯苓15g,黄柏25g,苦参20g,白矾20g,白头翁20g,秦皮15g,甘草15g,白芍15g,白及15g）,取上述灌肠药30~60mL,每晚睡前保留灌肠。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。间隔7d再行第2个疗程,治疗8疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效20例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率98.00%。对照组显效17例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率77.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论]自拟灌肠方联合西药治疗慢性结肠炎疗效显著,值得在临床推广。

The treatment group of 30 cases in the control group treated with enema（Dangshen 30g,Baizhu 15g,Shanyao 15g,Fuling15g,Huangbai 25g,Kushen 20g,Baifan 20g,Baitouweng 20g,Qinpi 15g,Gancao 15g,Baishao 15g,Baiji15g）,According to the condition of each of the enema medicine 30 ~ 60mL,in every night before going to bed retention enema. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms. The interval of 7 days to second courses,8 courses of treatment,the curative effect.Results]20 cases of group therapy,effective 8 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 98%. The control group 17 cases markedly effective,effective 5 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 77%. The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.Conclusion]The enema decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic colitis curative effect,is worth popularizing in the clinic.
