头痛汤联合针灸治疗偏头痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察头痛汤联合针灸治疗偏头痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组45例西比灵片5mg/次,3次/d。头痛发作加服5mg,1次/d,晚上口服。治疗组45例自拟头痛汤联合针灸,头痛汤（川芎、当归各15g,防风、荆芥、白芷各10g,甘草6g,薄荷3g。恶寒怕冷加麻黄、桂枝、细辛各6g;痛处固定,脉涩舌紫暗,加桃仁、丹参、赤芍、延胡索各10g,红花6g）1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服。针灸,取足三里、百会、太阳、合谷、凤池等穴位。足三里穴以步法,百会穴、太阳穴以平补平泻,合谷、风池采泄法。1次/d,每次留针为20min左右。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、视觉评分法（VAS）、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈10例,显效28例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%。对照组治愈5例,显效22例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率82.22%,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。VAS得分两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]头痛汤联合针灸治疗偏头痛效果显著,值得推广。

Since the Proposed Combined Acupuncture Treatment of Migraine Headache Soup Random Parallel Control Study

Objective]To observe the treatment of migraine headache decoction combined acupuncture curative effect.Methods]Using random parallel control method,90 cases of clinic patients in clinic order number were randomly divided into two groups. Control group 45 cases of west spirit than 5 mg/time,3 times/d.Headache add 5mg,1/d,oral at night. Combined acupuncture treatment group 45 cases from headache soup,soup of headache（Chuanqiong,Danggui each 15g,Fangfeng,Jingjie,Baizhi 10g,Gancao 6g,Bohe 3g. Evil cold cold and Mahuang,Guizhi,Xixin each 6g;fixed pain,veins dark purple tongue,Taoren,Danshen,Cishao,Yanhusuo each 10g,Honghua 6g）1/d,and 150 ml water,oral sooner or later. Acupuncture and moxibustion,take foot three mile,best can,such as the sun,or valley,the phoenix meridians. St 36 holes to footwork,hundreds of caves,temples to ping ping xie,valley,the phoenix mining drainage method. 1 times each day,retaining needle for about 20 min. Continuous treatment of 21d 1 course of treatment. Observing clinical curative effect,visual evaluation method（VAS）,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.Results]the treatment group,10 cases were cured,28 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 95.56%. Control group cure in 5cases,22 cases had marked effect,effectively and 10 cases,8 had no effect,the total effective rate 82.22%,the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group（P0.05）. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of VAS score comparison of treatment group is better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion]From tonga the effect of combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of migraine headache,worthy of promotion.
