补中益气丸联合西药治疗中焦气虚型消化性溃疡多中心随机对照观察

目的]观察补中益气丸联合西药治疗中焦气虚型消化性溃疡疗效。方法]使用随机对照观察方法,将62例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组,对照组31例阿莫西林0.5g＋甲硝唑0.4g,2次/d,连续服用2周停药;奥美拉唑20mg,2次/d。治疗组31例补中益气丸9g,3次/d,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃内窥镜检查、幽门螺杆菌检查、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈30例,显效1例,无效0例,治愈率96.77%。对照组痊愈18例,显效12例,无效1例,治愈率58.06%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论]补中益气丸联合西药治疗中焦气虚型消化性溃疡疗效满意。

Observation of Multicenter Randomized Controlled Buzhong Yiqi Pill Combined with Western Medicine in The Treatment of Middle-Jiao Qi Type of Peptic Ulcer

Objective]To observe the effect of Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer in middle-jiao Qi deficiency type.Method]Using randomized controlled methods,62cases of inpatient and outpatient patients according to the order number method were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in the control group 0.5g＋ amoxicillin metronidazole 0.4g,2 /d,taking 2 weeks of continuous withdrawal;omeprazole 20mg,2 times /d. The treatment group of 31 cases of Buzhong Yiqi pill 9g,3 /d,western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,gastric endoscopy,Helicobacter pylori,adverse reaction. Continuous 1courses of treatment,the curative effect.Results]The treatment group 30 cases were cured,1 cases markedly effective,0 cases are invalid,the cure rate was 96.77%. The control group 18 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective,1 cases are invalid,the cure rate was 58.06%. The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.Conclusion]Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with western medicine therapy in peptic ulcer with Qi deficiency type.
