推拿联合针刺治疗骶髂关节损伤50例临床观察

[目的]观察推拿联合针刺治疗骶髂关节损伤疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对50例门诊患者使用推拿放松（滚法、按揉法放松腰骶部软组织5min,1次/d;推拿复位：①脚蹬手拉复位。②推送复位。③过伸压推复位。④牵抖复位。针刺：取环跳、承扶、委中、阿是穴行平补平泻法,环跳用三寸长针刺入,余穴用1.5寸针,行针得气后留针20min。1次/d。连续治疗7d周为1疗程。观测临床症状、骶髂关节功能、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈47例（94%,47/50）,显效3例（6%,3/50）,无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]推拿联合针刺治疗骶髂关节损伤,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Acupuncture Massage Sacroiliac Joint Injury in 50 Cases Clinical Observation

[Objective]Observe acupuncture massage combined effect of sacroiliac joint injury.[Method]Using prospective design methods in 50 outpatients using massage to relax（rolling method,rubbing method to relax lumbosacral soft tissue 5min,1 times / d;massage Reset： ① pedal chain reset.②Push reset.③hyperextension pressure to push the reset. ④led by the shaking reset. acupuncture：take the ring jump,Cheng Fu,Venezuela,Ashi OK reinforcing-reducing method,jump ring with a three-inch long needle into,I use the 1.5-inch hole needles,line pin after the gas needle 20min. 1 times / d. continuous treatment 7d weeks for a course of treatment. observation of clinical symptoms,sacroiliac joint function and adverse reactions. continuous treatment of two courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]Cured 47 cases（94%,47/50）,effective in 3 cases（6%,3/50）,invalid 0 cases,the total efficiency of 100%.[Conclusion]Acupuncture massage sacroiliac joint injury,results were satisfactory,no side effects,it is worth promotion.
