缩泉丸治疗老年性肾阳虚型非感染性尿频30例临床观察

目的]观察缩泉丸治疗老年性肾阳虚型非感染性尿频疗效。方法]30例入选病人口服缩泉丸方（缩泉丸,益智仁、乌药、山药、肉苁蓉、仙灵脾各10g,五倍子8g,补骨脂、山茱萸各15g,覆盆子、金樱子各10g）。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、证候积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]临床治愈0例,显效16例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率为86.67%。尿频、夜尿多、尿急均有明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论]缩泉丸对老年性肾阳虚型非感染性尿频有很好疗效。

Observations on the Efficacy of Suoquan Decoction in Treating Deficiency of Kidney-yang and NUTI in the Elderly of 30 Cases

Objective]Observation of Suoquan decoction in the treatment effect of aged Deficienct of Kidney-Yang and non-Urinary tract infection（NUTI）.Methods]In 30 patients the use of Suoquan decoction（Yizhiren 10g,Wuyao 10g,Shanyao 10g,Roucongrong 10g,Xianlingpi 10g,Wubeizi 8g,Buguzhi 15g,Shanyu 15g,Fupenzi 10g,Jinyingzi 10g）drain 200mL of the decoction,take the first dose in the morning,the second in the evening,21days continuous treatment for one course clinical symptoms,syndrome integral,adverse reactions were observed. Assess the efficacy after two treatment courses.Results]Cured 0 case,obviously effective 16cases,effective 10 cases,ineffective 4 cases. The total effective rate was 86.67%. Clinical symptoms indications is better than that of before（P0.01）.Conclusions]The Suoquan decoction in the treatment of aged Deficiency of kidney-yang and NUTI with satisfactory results.
