中医综合疗法联合西药治疗肝胆湿热带状疱疹随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中医综合疗法联合西药治疗肝胆湿热带状疱疹疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将96例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组阿昔洛韦0．5时100mL0．9％氯化钠注射液静滴，2次／d。治疗组龙胆泻肝汤口服、雄芷散外敷、电针围刺和穴位注射疗法，西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经痛（VAs）评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈30例，显效9例，好转5例，无效4例，总有效率91．67％。对照组痊愈25例，显效5例，好转7例，无效11例，总有效率89．02％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。神经痛vAs评分变化治疗组治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]中医综合疗法联合西药治疗肝胆湿热带状疱疹疗效显著，无毒副作用，值得应用。

Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine Treatment in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Randomized Controlled Study

Objective ] To observe the Acupuncture and Medicine Treatment on herpes zoster of effect. Method ] Randomized controlled method, were randomly divided into two groups of 84 cases of inpatient and outpatient treatment sequentially numbered. Control group given the injection of aciclovir 0.5g 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100mL intravenous. Treatment group given Longdan Xiegan decoction, external application of Xiongzhi powder, acusector surrounding needling and drug treatment. Continuous treatment course, to observation of clinical symptoms and neuralgia degree. Results ] The total effective rate of treatment group is 91.7%, and 77.1% for the control group. Two groups show significant statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Neuralgia degree scores of treatment group was lower than the control group. Conclusion ] The Acupuncture and Medicine treatment was effective in herpes zoster and during the flow up no side effects, worth a wide clinical application.
