| 摘 要： | 根治性宫颈切除术对于患有早期宫颈癌需保留生育功能的年轻患者是一个新的里程碑。随着术式的成熟,术后随访、产科结局也更加成为关注的热点。文章综合国内外文献,对术后随访、妊娠结局及妊娠指导进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Radical trachelectomy(RT) is a milestone for the young patients who with early stage cervical cancer want preserving fertility.This article reviews the existing literature on how to follow up after radical trachelectomy and pregnancy outcomes following radical trachelectomy for low-stage cervical carcinoma and describes the guidelines in our institution for obstetrical management. |
