| 摘 要： | CT肺动脉血管造影(CTPA)是临床诊断肺栓塞(PE)的首选无创检查方法,检查过程中可能出现各种伪影,其中短暂性对比剂中断(TIC)对诊断PE影响较大。本文围绕TIC的CT表现、发生机制及解决方案等进行综述。

| Abstract: | CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) is a preferred non-invasive imaging method which has been regarded as the first choice for diagnosing pulmonary embolism (PE) in clinical practice. Various artifacts may appear during CTPA, and one of which called transient interruption of contrast (TIC) has a great impact on the diagnosis of PE. TIC relative CT findings, pathogenesis and solutions were reviewed in this article. |
