| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and effect of modified three-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Meth? ods Sixty patients who admitted to modified three-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Affiliated Fuyang Hospital of Anhui Medical University from October 2017 to February 2019 were selected and retrospectively analyzed as experimental group. At the same time, 60patients who underwent the traditional three-hole laparoscopic gallbladder excision of were selected as control group. The operation indexes, VAS score, cosmetic effect, hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospital stay between the study group and thecontrol group (P > 0.05).
