摘    要:目的:探讨实施系统性训练对精神发育迟滞患儿良性行为建立的效果。方法:以便利抽样法选取住院中度精神发育迟滞患儿(以下简称患儿)30例为研究对象。根据其性别及年龄的不同将其分为男生 (6-11岁)、女生 (6-11岁)、男生 (12-17岁)、女生 (12-17岁)组,每组均给予良性行为训练和负性情绪疏导及亲情角色互动的系统性干预,为期6个月。采用儿童行为量表(CBCL)进行基线、第2、4、6个月效果评定。结果:各年龄组患儿CBCL自身前后总分比较具有统计学意义,其中各因子分发生率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:通过系统性行为训练同时增加亲情角色互动,能有效纠正患儿的不良行为和提高其生存质量。

Abstract:Objective: to explore the effect of systematic training on the benign behavior of children with mental retardation. Methods: A total of 60 children with moderate mental retardation (hereinafter referred to as "children") in Shanghai civil affairs third mental health center and Shanghai children"s homeSwere selected by convenient sampling method, which were divided into the study group and the control group of 30 cases each.SThe study group recievedSa systematic intervention of benign behavioral training and negative emotional counseling and family role interaction, and the control group was given regularSbehavioral training for a period of 6 months. Results:The CBCL of the children in the study group was compared with the control group, and the total score of the control group was statistically significant, P<0.01, and there was a difference of P<0.05 between the poor communication and the hyperactivity factor. The PANAS score had a trend of gradual improvement compared with the total score of the control group, P<0.01. Conclusion: through systematic behavior training and increasing parental role interaction, it can effectively correct children"s bad behavior and improve the level of positive emotion. It is beneficial to improve the survival state of children and reduce the pressure on family and society.
