子宫肌瘤介入治疗致输尿管梗阻临床及病理分析

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤介入治疗引起输尿管梗阻的临床病理特点。方法:对7例子宫肌瘤介入治疗致输尿管梗阻病例的临床和病理资料进行分析。结果:输尿管完全或不完全梗阻,黏膜呈慢性炎症,部分黏膜上皮脱落,管壁纤维增生,血管内见有异物栓塞。结论:子宫肌瘤介入治疗可以损伤输尿管,导致梗阻。正确的操作规程和恰当的栓塞物质选择可以减少此并发症。

Obstruction of Ureter in the Interventional the Rapy for Uterine Fibroid

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of obstruction of ureter in the interventional therapy for uterine fibroid.Methods The clinicopathological data in 7 caserobstruction of ureter in the interventional therapy for uterine fibroid were analysed.Results The ureter was completeness obstruction or non- completeness,catarrh,fibre hyperplasia and eyewinker in blood vessel.Conclusion The interventional therapy for uterine fibroid may arose obstruction of ureter.Right work and use interventional matter may reduce syndrome.
