综合性护理措施对前列腺炎患者治疗依从性的干预效果

目的探讨综合性干预措施对慢性前列腺炎患者治疗依从性的干预效果,以期提高患者的治疗依从性和生活质量。方法方便性抽样选择2011年9月至2012年2月在同济大学附属东方医院泌尿外科门诊就诊的60例慢性前列腺炎患者,根据门诊单双日将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组除接受常规护理外,同时接受全程综合性护理干预措施。3个月后对两组患者采用疾病知识问卷调查表、治疗依从性问卷调查表、慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数表(NIH-CPSI)进行评价。结果观察组患者疾病知识掌握程度和治疗依从性明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),疾病引起的不适症状及对生活造成的影响明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对慢性前列腺炎患者实施综合性护理干预措施,能帮助其掌握疾病的相关知识、选择有益的生活方式,提高其治疗依从性,从而促进疾病的康复。

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Interventions on Therapeutic Compliance in Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing measures on therapeutic compliance in patients with chronic prostatitis, so as to improve the therapeutic compliance and the life quality. Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with chronic prostatitis in Shanghai East Hospital Af-filiated to Tongji University from September 2011 to February 2012 were randomly divided into two groups according to the outpatient odd-even day. Patients in the observational group received both routine nursing care and entire comprehensive nursing interventions, while the control group received only routine nursing care. After 3 months ＇ intervention, patients were evaluated by Disease knowledge questionnaire, therapeutic compliance questionnaire and chronic prostatitis symptom Integral index （NIH-CPSI）. Results The knowledge of disease and treatment compliance of patients in observational group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Patients＇ discomforts and the influence of life quality from disease were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can help chronic prostatitis patients grasp the disease related knowledge, choose a healthy life style and im- prove their therapeutic compliance, so as to help them recover from the disease.
