大清生物纸在直肠癌Dixon术中的应用

目的 分析大清生物纸（可吸收止血膜）在直肠癌根治Dixon术中的应用效果.方法 前瞻性研究2010年2月至2011年8月在我院进行直肠癌根治Dixon术的患者52例,随机分为治疗组27例（大清生物纸覆盖盆腔、骶前等手术创面）与对照组25例（不用止血材料）.比较两组术后引流量以及近期并发症的发生率情况.结果 两组盆腔引流液量差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,近期并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 直肠癌Dixon术中,大清生物纸具有良好手术创面止血、减少渗液的作用,使用安全、方便.且对预防肠粘连、肠梗阻、减少直肠吻合口瘘可能有一定的帮助作用,值得临床推广应用.

Application of Datsing Bio-Paper in the Dixon surgical procedure for rectal cancer

Objective To analyze the effect of Datsing Bio-Paper （absorbable hemostatic membrane） in the application of the Dixon surgical procedure for rectal cancer.Methods 52 patients with rectal cancer who had undergone the Dixon procedure during the period of February 2010 to August 2011 were randomly assign to receive Datsing Bio-Paper to cover the surgical wounds of the pelvic and presacral areas （study group,27 patients）,or no hemostatic materials （control group,25 patients）.The volume of postoperative draining and the incidence rate of short-term complications were compared between the two groups.Resuts The volume of postoperative draining differed significantly between the two groups （P〈0.05）; and there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications （P〉0.05）.Conclusions Datsing Bio-Paper has a positive effect on hemostasis in the surgical wounds and on a reduction in surface effusion and it is safe and convenient.It is helpful in the prevention of intestinal adhesion and obstruction and in the redution of rectal anastomotic fistula.
