临床药学在减少中药不良反应中的作用探讨

目的 探讨临床药学在减少中药不良反应中的作用.方法 比较我院在采取临床药学干预之前中药不良反应的发生率与2009年10月我院采取临床药学干预之后的发生率,并分析易发生不良反应的中药剂型、不良反应的具体表现、不同给药途径不良反应的发生率以及引发中药不良反应的危险因素.结果 我院使用的涉及不良反应的632种中药中,共有13种剂型,其中注射剂的不良反应发生率最高,占54.32％.最易引发不良反应的给药途径是静脉滴注,最主要的不良反应为皮肤及附件损害,占43.51％.在采取临床药学干预措施之后,我院中药不良反应的发生率明显降低,说明临床药学发挥了重要作用.结论 临床药学干预对于减少重要不良反应的发生率有非常重要的作用.

Role of clinical pharmacy in reduction of adverse reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacy in the reduction of adverse reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The incidence of adverse reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine before application of clinical pharmacological intervention was compared with that after the application in October 2009.The traditional Chinese medicine formulations easier to cause adverse reactions,the manifestation of adverse reactions,the rate of adverse reactions by different routes of administration,and the risk factors were analyzed.Results 632 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine caused adverse reactions,which was consisted of 13 formulations.Injections had the highest rate of adverse reactions,accounting for 54.32%.The route of administration easiest to cause adverse reactions was intravenous drip.The main adverse reaction was skin and accessory damage,accounting for 43.51%.After clinical pharmacy intervention,the rate of adverse reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine decreased obviously in our hospital,indicating clinical pharmacy played an important role.Conclusions Comprehensive pharmacological interventions has very important significance in the reduction of adverse reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine.
