静脉动脉血液管理保护系统对ICU患者输血量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨静脉动脉血液管理保护系统对ICU患者输血量的影响。方法将2011年1月至2012年8月符合纳入标准的85例ICU患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组抽血时经留置导管直接抽取,试验组使用静脉动脉血液管理保护系统,比较两组患者需要输血的例数及所输注的红细胞单位数。结果对照组和试验组的一般情况及入院时Hb水平无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组输血患者比例(27.5%)、输注红细胞总量(9.51±4.4)U]及每天所输注的红细胞数量(0.083±0.016)U]均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论使用静脉动脉血液管理保护系统可以减少ICU患者的输血量,这对于危重患者的血液保护具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of venous arterial blood management protection system on blood transfusions volume for patients in ICU. Methods Totally 85 patients in ICU were recruited and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group extracted blood through indwelling catheter directly, while patients in the experimental group used venous arterial blood management protection system. Number of patients needed a blood transfusion, and the total and mean u-nits of packed red blood cells were recorded and compared in both of the two groups. Results No signifi-cant difference about the general characteristics and Hb level in blood was detected between the two groups (P〉0. 05). Proportion of transfusion patients (27. 5%), the total units of packed red blood cells (9.51±4.4) ,and average per person per day infusion of red blood cell count (0. 083±0. 016) in the experi-mental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Blood transfusions volume for patients in ICU was significantly decreased for the usage of venous arterial blood management protection system, which is important for blood conservation of critically ill patients.
